"BMW should be worried" Auto Express
At Jaguar, we never stop working on performance, luxury and cost-efficiency.
And with the arrival of the new Jaguar XE in 2015 you’ll soon have even more choice.
Leaping into the global limelight at the recent Geneva International Motor Show, the Jaguar XE showed the world that it is no ordinary sports saloon. Here’s why:
XE – a revolutionary new dimension to Jaguar
The XE will be the first Jaguar constructed on our all-new aluminium architecture – changing the very foundations of how a Jaguar is built. Its high strength, rigid body enables world class driving dynamics with subtle ride and precise handling.
XE – emissions impossible
The XE was designed with a mission – to provide the power and refinement of a Jaguar with less than 100g of CO2 per kilometre.
XE – empowering a nation
The XE features a range of engine capacities and outputs for different drivers, including the F-TYPE’s roaring V6, all built at our new facility in the UK.
XE - be InControl
The new XE’s InControl infotainment system is designed around an 8-inch Touch-screen. It’s clear, intuitive, quick and easy to access and uses voice control plain speech. Jaguar InControl Apps allow users to seamlessly access smartphone apps through the vehicle’s Touch-screen, making it easy to do everything from make a conference call, find a parking space or book a hotel room.
The XE is expected to be the most advanced, efficient and refined sports saloon in its class.
The first in the new breed of Jaguar will be available from 2015. In the meantime, keep up with the XE’s progress by registering for updates.
